Redeem your annual pass
Your annual pass code is delivered by the Polar order confirmation email. After payment, follow the four steps below; once you have the code, the redemption happens entirely inside the app.

Redemption steps
Step 1Open the order confirmation email from Polar (it arrives within a few minutes of payment).
Step 2Click "Access purchase" in the email to open the Polar Customer Portal.
Step 3Copy your annual pass code from the Purchases section.
Step 4Back in the journal, open Security settings and paste the code into "Redeem annual pass": the paid quota takes effect immediately and your notes on this device stay safe.

Check your spam folder first, or sign in to the Polar Customer Portal (via Access purchase in the email) with the address you purchased with: the code is listed under Purchases. This page is a plain static guide: no tracking, no analytics, nothing you do here is recorded; the redemption itself only happens inside the app.
